Banquets Food & Beverage Supervisor - First Floor Operations Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is located opposite one of the most spectacular beaches on the Central Coast, NSW. Our dynamic hotel is looking for our next Banquets Food and Beverage leader to join the Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific family and in particular the First Floor Food and Beverage Operations team where all the action happens! About the role As Food and Beverage Supervisor Banquets, you’ll assist the Banquet Operations Manager in the management of the food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience, always following regulations concerning health, safety and responsible service of Alcohol requirements. During peak season, you will also assist the Restaurant & Bar Operations (Meribella Bar and Restaurant Bar, Seasalt, Room Service and Mini bar). This is an afternoon/evening position with night supervisory shifts. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay organized under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service. Skills and experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Great attention to detail Exceptional teamwork Time management skills Superior communication skills High standard of personal presentation Ongoing commitment to quality and providing a truly unique experience to our guests The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays Full availability across 7 days per week with rotating shifts You must have previous experience in a similar role You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country The successful candidate will be passionate and positive, with a can-do attitude.
