Bar & Gaming | Front of House | Chef | Cellar | Kids Club Attendant Two venues Caloundra RSL Club and Caloundra Power Boat Club are looking for experienced and passionate team players to join our workforce and deliver outstanding customer service. The right candidate for the role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer support. You will have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to contribute to our vibrant, incredible team. In this role you will be responsible for provision of gaming service to Members and Guests in Gaming and Cashier areas, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the gaming lounge, taking drink and food orders, assisting customers with inquiries, promoting a friendly, well-organized operation for all members and guests, while maintaining a safe, clean working environment. Pre-requisites for All Roles: Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) & Responsible Gambling Services certificate (RSG) 1 – 2 years experience in Beverage Service / Gaming Services in the Hospitality Industry Current Police Check Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays) Front of House Attendant In this role you will be responsible for taking drink and food orders, assisting customers with inquiries, processing sales through POS system, maintaining a clean work area, and promoting a safe workplace by identifying hazards. Pre-requisites: Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience 1 – 2 years experience in Beverage Service in the Hospitality Industry Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays) Full-time or Casual Chef Chef ensures the provision of high-quality meals and service to Club patrons in the most timely and effective manner possible. Pre-requisites: Diploma of Commercial Cookery or relevant Trade certificate 1 year experience Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, catering for functions and events Knowledge of all aspects of kitchen operations including the preparations, fryers, grill, pans, and function service. Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays) Cellar Coordinator In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the Club's stock and cellar, ensuring efficient inventory control. Pre-requisites: Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA) Certificate II in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience 1 – 2 years experience in Cellar/stores Services in the Hospitality Industry Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays) Cosmic Cave (Kids Club) Attendant Cosmic Cave Attendant is responsible for the supervision of Members’ and Guests’ children whilst within the Cosmic Cave. The objective is to ensure that the safety and enjoyment of children at the Club is maintained to the standards of legislation and Club policy. The Cosmic Cave attendant will welcome patrons ensuring both parent/guardian and children feel comfortable and at ease leaving/staying at the Cosmic Cave.
