Sitting alongside Una Mas tapas wine bar, this cocktail bar is a destination unto itself. Each space has its own unique identity, creating exceptional food and drinks and unforgettable experiences, right on the doorstep of Coogee’s sun-soaked coastline. Perch up at the curved marble bar where classic drinks are poured while you take in the view. The Role We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join this well-established favourite. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of this bustling restaurant bar. You will lead and develop a team, drive revenue, understand and manage stock, define and design the product offering, and ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point. As Bar Manager , you will be responsible for the following: Drive revenue, consistency and excellence Define & design the product offering Ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point & that we are delivering an exceptional guest experience & an outstanding product Lead & develop a team of passionate staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest engagement Manage & control stock We are searching for a true bar enthusiast, someone who has strong and passionate cocktail and spirit knowledge.
