Job Description

Perched on the edge of the escarpment, Echo Point precinct offers panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains, Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters. The Lookout Echo Point is located on Echo Point Road with majestic views from the upper and ground floor levels of this world-class restaurant, café, and wine bar. The Role This is a permanent full-time position for a Bar Manager. The role is “hands-on” to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar, which is part of The Lookout restaurant. This will be suitable for someone with strong bar experience, looking for the next move in their career. Strong NSW wine and beer knowledge is an advantage. The Candidate must have Exposure to a multi-outlet environment - café, gastro/pub or restaurant People management and leadership experience Strong bar, wine, and food knowledge Ability to work autonomously and within a team Willingness to learn with a positive and can-do attitude Current NSW RSA accreditation Apply To apply for this role, please fill out the questions on our careers page.
