To join us, you will need: Competence and understanding in Barista operations to a level capable of upholding our excellent reputation Excellent hygiene and safety standards Availability for early starts and some weekends Flexibility to perform different tasks including customer service, stock receipt, food preparation and basic cleaning duties Ability to multitask while remaining engaging with customers and the team A willingness to learn from others OVERALL QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS: Personable, energetic, reliable, collaborative, efficient, takes initiative, presentable, quick on your feet, ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally. THE BUSINESS & ROLE: The Brekkie Box is a popular takeaway grab-and-go style café in a purpose-designed and built shipping container in High Street Wodonga. Initial employment is offered on casual basis, with part-time and full-time opportunities offered with natural progression, as well as paid training courses and supervisor/manager level progression. Due to high demand, another critical position as a Customer Service/Barista champion has become available in our team!
