Job Description
Joyce Kitchens is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bathroom Project Coordinator to join our team in Osborne Park, WA. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the coordination and execution of bathroom renovation projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard within agreed timelines and budgets. What you'll be doing Manage the end-to-end coordination of bathroom renovation projects, from check measure to final handover Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues Review and approve project invoices, ensuring accurate billing and cost control Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of project management best practices What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project coordination or project management role, preferably within the construction industry Strong understanding of bathroom renovation processes, including product selection, installation, and quality control Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient in using project management software and tools.
