Task & Responsibilities Perform eyebrow threading services to create precise, clean, and well-defined brows, catering to clients’ desired shapes. Apply eyelash tinting to enhance the natural lashes, creating darker, fuller, and more defined lashes. Perform eyelash lifting services to curl and lift lashes, providing a longer-lasting effect compared to traditional curling. Conduct patch testing to ensure no allergic reactions to tinting products and maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Provide clients with aftercare instructions for eyelash treatments to ensure long-lasting results and minimal damage. Perform brow lamination services, using a gentle chemical process to straighten, smooth, and set the brow hairs in place for a fuller, more uniform look. Advise clients on proper aftercare to maintain the results and keep the brows healthy and hydrated. Provide customized facials based on client needs. Conduct thorough skin analysis to determine the best treatments and products for each client, considering their skin type, concerns, and goals. Use professional-grade skincare products and equipment to enhance the effectiveness of treatments. Ensure clients are comfortable and relaxed during facial treatments, incorporating massage techniques where appropriate. Always conduct consultations with clients before any service, discussing their desired outcomes, skin sensitivities, and any contraindications. Based on consultations, provide tailored beauty and skincare advice, including product recommendations for maintaining results at home. Educate clients on the benefits of each treatment, potential risks, and how to achieve the best results for long-term beauty maintenance. Keep workstations, tools, and products clean and sanitized, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment for clients. Follow strict sterilization protocols for reusable tools, such as tweezers, brushes, and scissors, to prevent cross-contamination. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Encourage repeat business by offering loyalty discounts, aftercare advice, and personalized service that meets each client’s individual needs. Manage appointment schedules to ensure timely service delivery, with careful attention to managing walk-ins and pre-booked clients. Suggest and sell retail products that complement services (e.g., brow serums, skincare products, eyelash curlers, and aftercare treatments). Upsell additional services or products when appropriate to enhance the client’s overall experience and increase salon revenue. Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance skillsets and service offerings. Participate in workshops, training, or certification courses to advance knowledge and stay ahead in the beauty industry. Collaborate with other therapists, assisting and supporting them during busy periods or when extra hands are needed. Share any new techniques, tools, or trends with the team to encourage a collaborative, well-informed environment. Qualification & Experience Good To Have: Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) from a recognized institution. This should include a comprehensive curriculum covering skin care, hair removal, and general beauty treatments.
