Our luxurious 5 treatment rooms offer a sensory experience using only the finest Lagaia and Ultraceuticals products and techniques to leave you feeling rested, relaxed, and restored. We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist (casual, part-time, and full-time roles available) to join our ever-evolving spa team. About the role Perform all massage, body, and spa facial treatments as required. Maintain a strong knowledge of all spa treatments and daily operations to ensure our high level of service is maintained. Promote products to guests to drive revenue. Assist in meeting sales targets for treatments and retail sales. Work alongside the extended Bannisters team and spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. About you Combining your qualifications, skills, and experience, you are passionate about spa and wellness. Requirements Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert 4 in Beauty Therapy. Must be available to work weekends where needed. Impeccable grooming and presentation. Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt and personalize treatments to guests’ concerns. Ability to remain calm and agile under pressure. Must show initiative as well as a proactive and positive team attitude to ensure operations run smoothly.
