The role Nirvana Beauty, a premium beauty and laser clinic located at Westfield Miranda is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty/Dermal Therapist to join our talented team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional skin treatments and beauty services and laser treatments to our discerning clientele. What you'll be doing Perform a wide range of advanced beauty and skin treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion and laser treatments. Conduct detailed skin consultations to assess clients' needs and develop customised treatment plans. Provide professional advice and guidance to clients on effective home-care routines and product recommendations. Maintain meticulous client records and treatment notes. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the treatment rooms. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge. What we're looking for Formal qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapy, with a minimum of 1 year relevant experience. Extensive knowledge of skin conditions, treatment protocols, and the latest industry trends and techniques. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised, consultative approach. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills.
