Your Role: Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based behaviour support plans (BSPs). Deliver high-level clinical interventions for clients with complex behavioural needs. Provide training and coaching to support workers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Oversee restrictive practice reporting and compliance in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines. Work closely with NDIS participants, families, carers, and support teams to implement best-practice strategies. Support and mentor junior behaviour support practitioners in their clinical practice. What We’re Looking For: NDIS-Approved Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner (or eligible for registration). Minimum 3+ years of experience in behaviour support, disability, or mental health. Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support (PBS) and restrictive practice guidelines . Experience working with clients with complex needs, autism, intellectual disability, or psychosocial disabilities . Excellent leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills . Passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of NDIS participants. NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
