Behaviour Support Worker - January 2025 Start (ASAP) Mainstream Secondary School North Leeds (LS16) £23,000 - £25,000 Full-time Temporary to Permanent Position NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting on behalf of a Secondary school in Leeds for a Behaviour Support Worker who is seeking a new full-time opportunity starting as soon as possible in 2025. This role is to support across the school with behavioural issues and assist pupils in KS3 & KS4 who have Behavioural and SEMH needs. The main objective is to minimise class disruptions and help pupils transition from the provision back into their assigned classes. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position working Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm with 13 weeks of holiday per year. Please note, if you do not have 12+ months of experience working with SEMH students, you will not be shortlisted for this position.
