The role We’re seeking enthusiastic and customer-service focused individuals to join our Crown Sydney team as a Bell Services / Valet Attendant. This is a full-time role that will see you providing exceptional customer service experiences for a variety of guests and visitors to the Hotel. Our Bell Attendants are the first and last point of interaction for our guests, ensuring they are met with a warm welcome upon arrival and a fond farewell as they depart. Some of your responsibilities will include: A combination of porter and valet attendant duties Managing, transporting and securely storing luggage Offering insights into room features Providing guests with valet parking for their vehicles To be considered, you must have an unrestricted NSW driver’s license and availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster. Those with full working rights or on Working Holiday Visas are encouraged to apply.
