The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Pre-Contract and Engineering team at our head office on the Sunshine Coast. In this key role, you will manage the end-to-end bid process for dredging projects across Australia and internationally. Ensure all non-price criteria is clear, accurate, compelling, and persuasive. Identify and assess public and private tender opportunities aligned with business goals. Coordinate and manage inputs from internal teams. Conduct site inspections and manage risk assessments throughout the bid process. Lead client presentations, negotiations, and communication during the pre-contract phase. About You Previous experience using estimating software. Proven experience managing complex bids, ideally within the dredging or marine infrastructure sectors. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of bid processes, risk management, and pricing strategies. Ability to develop compelling, client-focused submissions tailored to specific project requirements. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
