The Role We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Pre-Contracts Group, based in Perth. This pivotal role involves managing and coordinating tenders from receipt to submission, working closely with estimators, schedulers, and the Pre-Contracts Manager. You will play a key role in developing and implementing win strategies for each opportunity, coordinating input from across the Pre-Contracts Group and the wider business to ensure submissions reflect RSGx's capabilities and expertise. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate tender processes from start to finish. Develop and implement win strategies for project opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, including Estimators, Schedulers, and Business Development, to craft compelling submissions. Ensure all documentation aligns with RSGx’s high standards and showcases our expertise. Contribute to continuous improvement in tendering processes and outcomes. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A background in a Pre-Contracts or Business Development environment within the technical services or contracting sectors (engineering, electrical, or mechanical services). Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to articulate success and capability within tender submissions. Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail. The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive outcomes. Experience in developing and delivering winning strategies for competitive tenders.
