Expertise in leading project status meetings , identifying risks, and raising issues in stakeholder meetings. Proficiency in preparing test cases and SQL scripts for data validation and testing. Experience in defining and executing test automation strategies for data migration projects. Hands-on experience in test execution and result reporting. Ability to lead and manage offshore and onsite teams for data migration projects. Strong expertise in data migration testing and ETL testing techniques. Experience in test scenario management, requirement gathering , and estimation. Familiarity with data quality assessment and KPI tracking. Proficiency in working with enterprise database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL. Experience with job scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP. Prior experience with data testing tools such as Informatica. Strong stakeholder and program management skills. Proven ability to devise and implement effective data testing strategies and solutions. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to the latest trends in Quality Engineering , including RPA, AI/ML-driven testing , and analytics-based testing. Familiarity with GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot and their adoption in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with mobile automation solutions like UFT Mobile and others to provide tailored solutions for clients. Preferred Skills: Experience in Cloud migration testing on AWS or Azure. In-depth knowledge of AI/ML applications in QA and test automation. Additional Skills: Team Player: Recognizes and values diverse perspectives and skills within a team.
