As the Blade Management Lead , reporting to our Regional Service Manager, you will oversee the Blade Repair Service stream within our business. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a newly formed team and play a key role in developing a positive and high-performing culture. What we’re looking for: Experience : You are a seasoned Blade Service Technician, currently in a supervisory or management role. Your experience includes managing large-scale blade service projects. Leadership : You’ll develop and grow the Blade Service stream, identifying and securing business opportunities while building a high-performing team aligned with Fairwind’s ambitious growth trajectory. Commercial Acumen : You have a strong grasp of operations, safety standards, regulations, and best practices to effectively manage and minimize contractual risks. Communication & Relationships : Your ability to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions will be vital to your success. Operational Excellence : A hands-on leader, you excel at executing strategies, managing priorities, and delivering results under pressure. Qualifications and Background: At least three years of senior service maintenance experience in the composite service engineering sector. Relevant tertiary qualifications in composite or fibre engineering, or trade qualifications. Postgraduate studies will be highly regarded.
