The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with: Managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced restaurant/bar Recruitment of staff Training of team members Booking and reservations management Corporate networking and function growth Labour controls Good practice with due diligence, health and safety, and HR A degree in hospitality, business, or marketing would be beneficial, alongside an FSS certificate and first aid training.
