Our Corporate Bookkeepers are highly valued professionals, recognised for their exceptional client service and expertise. Current Opportunity As part of our Business Consulting Services division, this is a Corporate Bookkeeping role that provides exceptional client service through a range of bookkeeping assignments for interesting and varied clients. Reporting to one of our great managers, you will actively collaborate with your team and assist clients to reach their potential. You will be surrounded by specialists with technical expertise, receive high quality training and solid support to propel your career. Responsibilities Review and prepare BAS & IAS Process payrolls Preparation, processing and payment of creditors Preparation and processing of journal entries Reconcile trial balance for end of period reports Preparation of financial reports for management Preparation of year end files for Auditors Software setups and conversions including MYOB, Xero and Reckon Based in the Adelaide CBD, this is a client-facing role that requires travel as you will spend time working on-site at clients' premises. Your Skills and Experience This is not an entry-level role and extensive experience in all facets of bookkeeping is essential. Would suit an experienced bookkeeper or finance manager. Extensive experience preparing payroll and activity statements Able to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues Excellent English skills both written and oral Accounting qualifications an advantage but not essential.
