CAMILLA is on the lookout for a dynamic Boutique Manager to take the reins of our Castle Towers Boutique on a full-time basis. We’re searching for a passionate, experienced leader with a flair for styling, an eye for detail, and a natural ability to inspire and mentor a team. As a Leading Angel at CAMILLA, you’ll be at the heart of our boutique, driving both operational excellence and an unparalleled customer experience. Your role will include: Leading & Inspiring Your Tribe – Motivate, train, and develop your team to deliver world-class customer experiences, fostering a positive, high-performing, and inclusive store culture. Creating an Unforgettable Customer Journey – Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clientele, providing expert styling advice and luxury-level service that embodies the CAMILLA spirit. Driving Sales & Business Growth – Analyse sales data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to exceed targets while keeping stock levels optimised. Boutique Operations & Compliance – Oversee the day-to-day running of the boutique, including rostering, stock control, and managing operational efficiencies to ensure smooth and effective store performance. Visual Merchandising & Boutique Presentation – Bring the CAMILLA aesthetic to life by ensuring the boutique is always beautifully presented and aligned with seasonal campaign guidelines. People & Performance Management – Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to your team, ensuring they grow and excel in their roles. You’ll also lead recruitment efforts to bring on new talent who align with our brand and values. Community Engagement – Actively build relationships within the local community, hosting in-store events and experiences to engage new and existing customers.
