With a brand-new boutique set to open in Karrinyup Shopping Centre, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the team and drive success from day one. About the Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a new store opening and build a high-performing team in a premium retail environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, the Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, from sales performance and customer service to team leadership and visual merchandising. This role is ideal for a results-driven retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to the success of a highly regarded brand. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store activities, ensuring seamless operations, adherence to company policies, and an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Drive sales performance, motivate the team to exceed targets, and implement strategies to maximise revenue. Recruit, train, and develop a team of casual staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. Maintain optimal stock levels, oversee visual merchandising, and execute in-store marketing initiatives. Work closely with head office, other store managers, and marketing teams to align on strategies and best practices. Embody and promote the brand’s values and culture, ensuring a cohesive and positive brand image. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of retail management experience or proven leadership capabilities. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales and service excellence. Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences. Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting sales data and key retail metrics. Proficiency in retail systems, including JIFI and Shopify, is highly desirable. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
