About The Role We are looking for an energetic ambassador for L’Occitane who has a passion for beauty, delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team. The successful applicant will have strong managerial skills, the ability to effectively run the daily operations of the boutique/s, VIP, eventing and clientelling experience, particularly in skincare and the passion required to inspire the teams to achieve set KPI’s and budgets. This is a Full-Time Permanent Position on a rotating roster, at 38 hours a week, where you will be expected to work at least one weekend every fortnight. About You Minimum of 3 - 5 years retail management experience A strong business acumen to work to budgets, create weekly rosters and analyse reports based on KPIs Demonstrated experience with managing across multiple boutiques is desirable Ability to achieve and exceed targets and set objectives at a boutique level and across the region Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Team management and team development experience – the ability to lead and coach teams to success What's On Offer..
