Company: Bella Baby Photography NY, NJ, CT Location: Williamstown MA / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time / Monday-Friday Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to manage and cultivate new leads for our photography sessions while providing great customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their photography goals. This hybrid position is crucial in driving our business growth and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact to final delivery. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.) Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ photography needs and preferences Present and promote our photography packages, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction Assist clients with booking appointments, selecting packages, and preparing for their photography sessions Collaborate with the photography team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable client experience Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer service experience and sales processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
