Bowls NSW Expands Team with Two Exciting New Roles Bowls NSW is thrilled to announce an expansion of its team with two exciting new roles, reinforcing its commitment to growing the sport, exploring new formats, engaging new audiences and delivering top-tier events for the community. Two newly created positions, Manager – Participation & Integrity and Events & Competitions Coordinator , offer unique opportunities for passionate individuals to make a meaningful impact within our organisation and the sport of bowls. Manager – Participation & Integrity (Full-time position) The Manager – Participation & Integrity will play a key role in driving the development and adoption of new formats and projects within the sport of lawn bowls including activities across female participation, multi-disability & CALD projects. This is an innovative role aimed at scoping and delivering non-traditional formats, projects and pilot programs across NSW. This role will also oversee the integrity portfolio in managing specific cases escalated to Bowls NSW from end-to-end and in line with the National Integrity Framework. The role will also provide the CEO with day-to-day support in delivering objectives aligned to critical pillars of the operational plan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about engaging new audiences, innovating with new formats and projects and expanding the reach and engagement of the sport of lawn bowls. Events & Competitions Coordinator (Temp role) For bowls lovers looking to be part of the action, the Events & Competitions Coordinator role is the perfect chance to contribute to the delivery of major events and competitions including the TAB State Championships; The TAB Platinum Pennant; The State Carnival; Champion of Champions; and, various Pennant Finals across the State. This position will assist the Sport Team during the busy event period up until mid-July 2025, providing vital support in ensuring competitions run smoothly and successfully. If you have a love for travel across NSW, a love for bowls and an enthusiasm for event coordination, this is the ideal role for you!
