Key Responsibilities Leading, inspiring, and managing a team of people Directing and facilitating branch performance to achieve sales and profit targets Contributing to regional performance as a fundamental member of the Flexihire management team Supporting and delivering operational and sales strategies Nurturing skills and capabilities of team members Ensuring all internal processes are executed soundly Ensuring stock keeping strategies are conducted Assisting with Asset Management Required Skills Demonstrated experience in a variety of clerical and administration processes Highly developed verbal, written and telephone communications skills An adaptable personality to a fast-paced environment Intermediate to advanced competency with various software applications Reinforced business mindset and ability to make sound, logical decisions in time critical situations Strong customer focus and capacity to service key accounts Fortified organisational and strategising abilities The successful candidate for this exciting role can expect an excellent remuneration package, accompanied by an attractive and achievable quarterly incentive program, fully maintained vehicle plus more.
