Key Responsibilities: Stay up to date with the latest industry news and take necessary actions to ensure PFEC Global remains an industry leader. Maintain smooth operations of the Counsellor and Sales support process. Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team to achieve targeted outcomes while fostering a high-performing and client-focused branch environment. Monitor and support the team in efficiently managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to company policies to ensure smooth branch operations. Assist clients in understanding our services and identify tailored solutions that meet their needs, thereby generating sales and achieving high levels of client satisfaction. Proactively convert inquiries into sales to ensure higher conversion rates. Identify barriers to sale proactively and collaborate with the team to increase conversions. Actively oversee team performance, ensuring compliance with service standards and reporting to management as needed to drive continuous improvement. Assist in finding office space in Brisbane, as needed. For learning purposes, the individual may be required to visit our headquarters in Melbourne. Experience & Requirements: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience. Having similar experience in Brisbane will be an added advantage. Clear knowledge of the Australian education system, work regulations, and migration. Legally authorized to work full-time in Australia.
