Your role as Branch Manager will be responsible for building the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Blackburn South. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm. What you’ll bring to the role: To succeed in this role, you’ll drive the branch’s growth through leadership, team coaching, and business development. We’d love you to have: People leadership with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance. Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business. Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential). Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations. Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework. The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance. High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations. Knowledge of retail branch operations.
