Job Description

We are working with our national client to recruit a motivated leader for a key role based in Emerald.Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position plays a crucial role in driving sustainable energy solutions while leading a team and expanding the customer base to achieve market share and revenue goals.Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of 10. Monthly forecasting of rental and service revenue against budget. Streamline and automate administrative, sales, and service processes for greater efficiency. Implement rental strategies and operational plans for the Branch. Ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage debtor accounts to remain within trading terms. Oversee the on-call roster. Build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels. Achieve sales and margin targets. Develop a pipeline for long-term, sustainable growth. Foster relationships with key stakeholders. Represent the company at promotions, trade shows, and exhibitions. Experience & Qualifications: Technical trade qualification. Tertiary qualification in business or a related field. Valid driver’s licence. Proven industry experience with a focus on growth. Experience with Power Generators, Air Conditioners, Refrigeration. Experience managing and driving all aspects of a Region/Branch. Budget and financial management experience. Strong leadership and people management skills. Analytical and research capabilities.
