We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Mackay operations, overseeing Parts, Service, and Product Support across three locations. In this role, you'll manage 8 direct reports and 190 indirect reports, guiding a team to deliver excellence across multiple departments. We're after a strong leader with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with OEMs, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in negotiation, project management, and problem-solving. A sharp business mind and the ability to manage HR, safety compliance, P&L, strategy, and projects will set you apart. You’ll be the driving force for collaboration and success across the team.
