Branch Manager, National Program Delivery The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is seeking an accomplished Senior Executive to lead the delivery of digital health programs and services. This unique opportunity within our Policy, Programs & Engagement Division will allow your expertise to shine as you deliver national programs, portfolio priorities and outcomes. As the steward for digital enablement of Australia’s health system, the Agency has a lead role in coordinating national engagement, delivery and adoption of digital health to enable person-centered, connected healthcare. The Agency partners with healthcare providers, the Australian Government, state and territory governments and industry to connect, promote and deliver digital technologies across the health ecosystem. Our success relies on our commitment to good governance and cyber resilience, knowing and living our values, developing our people and forging strong relationships with all partners. As a Branch Manager (SES Band 1) you will play a pivotal leadership role ensuring that programs are meticulously planned and executed to support the digital enablement of key policy reforms in the health sector, aligning with the National Digital Health Strategy and the Agency’s Workplan. You will foster sustainable relationships within the Agency, across the APS, including the Department of Health and Aged Care and with external stakeholders. Additionally, you will translate the Government’s priorities and the Agency’s strategy into multi-year strategic digital health programs and projects. To succeed in this role, having demonstrated experience in an Australian Public Service program delivery environment is highly desirable, ideally within a health context. Tertiary qualifications in health, IT or similar will be highly regarded. Strong corporate citizenship is essential to contribute to the Agency’s legislative and public policy obligations. The Agency has office locations in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. Consideration for an alternate location may be considered on a case-by-case basis with successful applicant.
