As Branch Manager based in Orange or Young, you will lead dynamic teams across our regional NSW hubs, driving operational excellence, business growth, and outstanding customer outcomes. You’ll foster a high-performing, inclusive culture while managing a percentage of cases. Key Responsibilities :Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams. Oversee performance metrics, compliance, and workforce planning. Drive branch growth through existing and new customer engagement. Collaborate with State or Regional Managers on strategic goals. What We’re Looking For :Leadership experience in people management and performance optimisation. Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling with appropriate registration.
