Job Overview Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Communications, as the Brand Business Partner you will develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive leads for ACH Group's Home Care, Community, and Social business units. Additionally, you will ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials. Key responsibilities include: Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the organisational goals and objectives, enhancing brand awareness and driving leads (enquiries) for ACH Group Home Care, Community and Social business units. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials. Campaign Management: Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote ACH Group services and initiatives. Oversee the creation of engaging content, including digital, print and social media to support brand initiatives. Monitor and analyse the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for brand consistency and plan and manage events to promote the brand. Provide guidance to stakeholders for optimal brand results and assist with writing, proofing and editing in relation to content and re-purpose across owned, earned and paid mediums and collateral for maximum exposure. Business Engagement: Maintain an effective level of business literacy about ACH Group’s plans and culture and provide advice to stakeholders that aligns with business objectives. Key requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications. Proven experience as a Brand Manager working in a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and PR/Marketing Consultants. Experience in assessing and making future recommendations that are aligned to the brand strategy. Previous experience in managing projects, keeping within budgets and meeting deadlines. A police clearance for working in Aged Care less than 12 months old at commencement. Overall, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with the ability to build collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and decision makers. Your professional behaviour and committed work ethic will demonstrate your ability to consistently achieve high standards of productivity with utmost integrity.
