About the Role The Brand and Design Manager is responsible for leading the brand strategy, visual identity, and design execution across SEN and its subsidiary brands. This role is instrumental in ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, overseeing creative projects, and implementing scalable design solutions that support marketing, sponsorship, and fan engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Management Develop and manage SEN’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all brand assets and communications. Create and maintain a comprehensive brand kit, including logos, fonts, colour palettes, and design templates. Oversee brand governance and ensure adherence to guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints. Lead brand positioning initiatives to enhance awareness and audience engagement. Creative and Design Leadership Lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-quality designs for sponsorship materials, game day graphics, merchandise, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling creative assets that align with business objectives. Regularly refresh and optimise brand visuals to keep them relevant and engaging. Serve as the key creative lead for major branding projects, including rebrands and campaign rollouts. Design Execution and Asset Management Develop scalable design solutions that empower non-design staff to create on-brand content effectively. Create locked, reusable templates in Canva and other tools to streamline content production. Oversee asset management to ensure efficient storage, accessibility, and compliance with brand standards. Employee Empowerment and Training Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees in branding and content creation tools. Provide ongoing guidance to ensure consistency and quality in employee-created content. Develop user-friendly brand guidelines and documentation to support team members. Technology and Workflow Optimisation Leverage AI tools and emerging design technologies to enhance creative output and efficiency. Streamline workflows for content and collateral requests, reviews, and approvals to reduce bottlenecks. Implement digital asset management systems to improve access and collaboration. Brand Integrity and Compliance Establish and enforce brand governance policies across the organisation. Regularly audit creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards. Monitor external use of brand assets and address any inconsistencies or misuse. Skills and Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling. Proven experience in managing brand identity, marketing campaigns, and creative execution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with AI tools and emerging design technologies for scalable content solutions. Experience Required 4+ years of experience in brand management, digital design, or a related field. Demonstrated success in leading rebranding initiatives from concept to execution. Experience in developing brand assets and scalable design systems in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in the sports or entertainment industry is highly desirable.
