Job Description: As the Brand Lead, you will be responsible for creating and communicating a compelling and enduring brand strategy across the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Tri-Service. Your work will resonate with the target audience and drive interest in a career with the ADF. You will: Develop and implement brand strategy to deliver exceptional results for the services, prioritising areas of focus and directing efforts to achieve recruitment objectives. Create, plan and implement campaigns that reinforce the overall position of the ADF and the unique brand proposition of the service. Utilise market research, data analysis and external feedback to identify opportunities for advancing the ADF and service’s brand across campaigns and channels. Ensure brand integrity of the ADF and service by being the custodian of brand guidelines and ensuring all campaigns are brand compliant. Manage marketing budget for brand/service, ensuring management in line with Adecco and DFR expectations. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand marketing approach and service expectations and priorities. Evaluate and report on success of campaigns, providing data and insights to the National Brand Marketing Manager and key stakeholders as required/requested. Manage successful relationships with agencies and external partners, working collaboratively towards success for DFR. Lead, coach and develop team to ensure delivery excellence and exceptional performance. Candidate’s Profile: Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Stakeholder management. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desired.
