An exciting opportunity exists within our Nestlé Professional for a talented Brand Manager to join our B2B. In this role, you will be reporting to our Marketing Manager - Beverages, and you will be an experienced and passionate brand marketer with a strong drive to succeed, proactive attitude, and ability to work with autonomy. You will work on market leading brands; you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver key projects across the long- and short-term horizon, with responsibility for the end-to-end go to market plan. Joining a high calibre, consumer and customer focused team, you will feel supported as you take ownership of our biggest Beverages portfolio and key projects. A day in the life… You manage our standard beverages portfolio, driving marketing and commercial activities of our brands (NESCAFÉ, MILO, NESTLÉ), delivering market leadership and growth in B2B specific channels and customers. You will drive the Innovation & Renovation pipeline supported by strong insights and data analytics, from ideation through to commercialization. You will be pivotal in the activation of the customer and consumer brand activities. And lead communication for product launches. Your role will be essential in managing relationships with local agencies, including packaging and creative agencies, as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Insights, and Supply Chain. What will make you successful… We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic, a team player, and results-focused. Experienced brand manager with proven experience in developing and shaping an annual Brand Plan, in a similar role or industry. Innovation leadership - solid experience in new product development including concept creation, new product development, and commercialization into market. Strong communication experience in B2B and B2C across multiple different media touchpoints and channels. Experience with managing eContent across owned channels and customer sites. Tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen. Strong communication and relationship-building skills needed to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party providers across Australia.
