Reporting to the Marketing Manager Core Bubbles, this role will lead all aspects of the Brand while developing a strong Assistant Brand Manager. Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Prepare all aspects of the relevant Brand Plans, in association with the Marketing Manager. Deliver an inspiring and bold plan based on solid market analysis with clear objectives, presented through compelling storytelling. Achieve brand image objectives and maximize consumer value perception using key performance measurement tools. Partner with Customer Marketing to develop trade activation and cycle communication to drive key quality groups, manage inputs to the sales and marketing communication cycle. In association with Trade Marketing, monthly review on trade activation effectiveness in all channels. Assess effectiveness to KPI’s and develop post cycle recommendations for future activity. Manage promo packs & POSM in respect to order deadlines and in market shipment dates. Oversee the monthly management of A&P and POSM expenditure, ensuring it remains within agreed and approved parameters. Build price for new products, considering all channel volume allocations discussed with sales, Terms with Finance team and manage price to existing portfolio. Partner with the Maison team to drive the innovation agenda and product development for the Australian market. Brief and manage external parties, including Media, Digital, Event and PR agencies. Conduct regular analysis and review of brand performance (including trade time), ensuring clear understanding of opportunities, threats & competitor strategies. Prepare monthly brand reports, trade reports and business review reports, highlighting key brand implications and effectiveness against KPI’s and develop post cycle recommendations for future activity. Review sales forecasting and interact with the supply chain team to assist where remedial actions may be required to resolve supply issues. Profile To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience: Marketing Degree or Business Degree with Marketing electives. Minimum 5+ years marketing experience in brand management, including successful track record in above-the line/below-the-line execution. Understanding of luxury goods market, ideally with experience in the Wine/Spirit market understanding is preferable. Exposure to the sales environment. Previous experience in launching successful innovation. Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills and the ability to consolidate data from different sources to support your strategy. Superior numerical and statistical skills to analyse data and translate to simple and compelling insights. Good planning, implementation, presentation and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial and customer understanding. Strong time management skills with solution-oriented mindset.
