Job Description: Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage a Brand Manager, Leapmotor who plays a crucial role in successfully launching and managing a key new brand to consumers (and the organisation) and then managing it in the future. They are the champion of this latest brand to join Stellantis and a lighthouse to the organisation about all things Leapmotor. They spearhead the energy and positivity of launching a new brand, while also leading the collective efforts of the business to not only achieve launch KPIs but to also build a sustainable foundation enabling these successes to continue post launch. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) on a 12-month fixed-term contract , with flexibility in how the hours can be arranged, subject to discussion. Key responsibilities include: Live and breathe the Leapmotor brand. Support key stakeholders to set and oversee the delivery of the Leapmotor Marketing strategy for the Australian market. Be the custodian of the Leapmotor brand story and positioning for Australia, ensuring local relevance whilst ensuring authenticity and consistency with global strategy. Manage and oversee the creation, execution, and implementation of ATL & BTL activities including but not limited to: Communication strategies, Media plans and partnerships, Advertising (online and offline channels), Social media, Brand and retail POS, catalogues & collateral, Website content, EDM strategy and content, Events, Activations & Sponsorships, Ambassadors, influencers and content creators. Deliver all marketing activities on time, within budget and with a strong focus on achieving set objectives. Ongoing review of brand performance including brand health, Stellantis funnel metrics and both internal and external data reports to identify insights and opportunities for optimisation. Source, develop, manage and lead brand asset requirements (Guidelines, Global creative, Imagery, Film, Logos, Event Signage, Merchandise etc.). Ensure all marketing assets, materials and communications are accurate. Effective management of external agencies (media, creative, digital, social, production, experiential etc.) to support the development of materials and other activities, in line with the marketing strategies. Collaborate with all Marketing team functions including Digital, CRM, PR and Aftersales. Work to ensure all activities are created in partnership with key business units (Product, Sales, Fleet, Aftersales, Legal, Finance, Procurement etc.). Proactive engagement of, and marketing support to, the Leapmotor dealer network. Manage the dealer marketing inbox. Budget management including invoicing and purchasing processes and administration. Manage the Leapmotor Marketing vehicle fleet. Partner and communicate with relevant Regional and Global Leapmotor Brand and Marketing colleagues. Support key stakeholders on the development and input for presentations. Diligent file keeping and administration for Leapmotor marketing related items. To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be/have: Minimum Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Business/Commerce, Marketing or Communication. Minimum Experience: 5 years or more within a similar role (client or agency side). Automotive industry experience would be an advantage, but not essential. Job-Specific Skills and Requirements: Strategic and creative thinker, passionate about advertising, marketing and brands. High understanding of the Marketing function, including creative, media, digital, CRM, social etc. Commercial awareness and business acumen. Some travel may be required. Comfort in a dynamic environment and flexible to pivot focus with changing priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written. Strong influencing skills.
