Brand Marketing and Communication Manager - (21140) Job Title Brand Marketing and Communication Manager Location NSW AU (Primary) Job Type Permanent Job Family Sales and Marketing Job Description We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy for the New Holland brand across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Acting as 'brand custodian’ and reporting to CNH’s ANZ Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll bring global brand marketing strategies to life in the ANZ market and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders and agency partners to design and execute successful campaigns, events and brand initiatives that align with business goals. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with the commercial team to define and implement customer marketing strategies for New Holland’s agricultural machinery, parts, service, and precision technology in Australia and New Zealand Develop and present annual marketing plan to our business and dealer network Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring New Holland’s look, feel, and messaging remain consistent across all channels, aligned with global guidelines Create and deliver compelling product, retail, and brand campaigns from concept to execution Manage customer-facing brand events Brief and manage agencies, ensuring all outputs are optimised for impact Monitor, measure and report on activity effectiveness, striving for continuous improvement Manage Advertising & Promotion budgets effectively and oversee spending on relevant activities About you: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or communications, with at least 3 years in a comparable role Highly organised with a proven track record of managing multiple projects at a single point in time Exceptional communication – both verbal and written You love presenting and storytelling You thrive in a dynamic environment, are results/solution-driven and recognise the importance of stakeholder management A proactive mindset with an eye for detail and a talent for prioritising impactful initiatives Skilled in managing agency partnerships Sound budget management experience of >$1M AUD annually High proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Skills in graphic design, video production and/or website content management systems and processes would be advantageous Experience in agriculture and/or farm machinery is a bonus but not required Why Join Us?
