As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and dynamic Brand & Content Specialist to help elevate our brand and drive its success in an increasingly competitive market. Join a team of creative professionals focused on delivering high-impact content that strengthens our market position. Job Description Own and uphold the Brand and Segment Guidelines, ensuring all communications effectively reflect our unique selling proposition (USP). Develop and execute a brand communication plan that simplifies the consumer decision-making process and encourages brand preference. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build a strategic Marketing Calendar and execute targeted advertising campaigns. Present key projects, creative briefs, and strategic plans to senior leadership, including C-suite executives. Manage relationships with key creative partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials, all while staying within budget. Partner with internal teams (Digital, CX, Sales) and external retail partners to create a variety of marketing assets for channels such as TV, BVOD, Social Media, In-store Displays, and Trade Promotions. Ensure all marketing activities deliver optimal ROI and are executed within the set budget. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to senior management. Actively contribute ideas for growth strategies and help implement them across the business. The Successful Applicant Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Experience: 2-3+ years in a similar marketing role, ideally with experience in premium consumer goods.Skills: Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns. Strong creative thinking with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Solid understanding of global marketing trends, with a proven ability to drive growth. Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Experience managing budgets and optimising ROI. Personal Attributes: Strong desire to grow and progress within the company. A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communicator, able to motivate and engage stakeholders at all levels. Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to take ownership of your role.
