Working in our manufacturing team, you'll play a vital role in making this magic happen. We are looking for a Brewing Materials Specialist to join our diverse brewing team here in Sydney on a 12-14 Month Contract basis. A day in the life… You will manage Brewing raw materials from delivery through to use, conduct quality inspections and maintain appropriate stock levels on site. Support & provide expertise with product quality compliance; support production teams by being a key part of Raw material management. Key Responsibilities: Safety: Promote safe work practices, PPE compliance, and safety issue resolution. Quality & Environment: Maintain SEQIS & SAP specs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance. Delivery & Performance: Manage inventory, quality control, material movements, and problem-solving (5Y, DMAIC, FIT). Work with suppliers to coordinate logistics. Improvement & Systems: Support quality initiatives, lead improvements, and coach team members. Lion Team Expectations: Promote safety culture, continuous learning, and system/process improvements. What You Need: Attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills. SAP experience (preferred). Strong communication and time management skills. Forklift licence (preferred, training available). Experience & Knowledge: Manufacturing (preferably beverage/FMCG). SAP, SEQIS, Excel, statistical tools. Procurement/materials background preferred. Brewing General Certificate (preferred).
