As a Bridge Engineer , you will be responsible for providing engineering support for the design, analysis, and inspection of bridges. You will work alongside a team of professionals to ensure that our projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us continue to provide exceptional solutions to our clients. Design and analyze bridge structures, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations. Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and documentation. Conduct site inspections and assessments of existing bridges and other related infrastructure. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project delivery. Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, timelines, and project proposals. Support the development of innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. Maintain a high standard of safety and quality across all aspects of project work. Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent). At least 4 years of experience in bridge engineering, including design and inspection. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, and structural analysis tools). Strong understanding of bridge design codes, standards, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A passion for engineering and a desire to make a tangible impact on infrastructure projects. Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it). Experience with bridge rehabilitation and maintenance projects. Knowledge of relevant environmental and sustainability considerations.
