Our Building & Compliance team are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill a position as Building Administration Assistant to provide quality and administrative support to ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided to the community. Ability to “think outside the box” and be flexible in the delivery of services to meet our community’s evolving expectations. What can you bring to the team? Minimum 12 months previous experience in customer services. Certificate III in office administration, business studies or computer studies or similar would be highly regarded. Possess excellent data input skills, including speed and accuracy. Excellent administration skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience in adapting to new systems and technology. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous experience working in Local Government would be an advantage. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. The finer details This full-time Level 3 position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $70,866 - $76,641 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
