Your New Role: We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our growing team in an exciting building administration role. If you have experience in the construction industry, this is the perfect opportunity to expand your skill set and make an impact in a fast-paced, growing company. As part of this role, you’ll have the unique chance to manage projects from Sales Advice all the way through to Handover, gaining valuable exposure to every stage of the building administration process. You’ll work closely with our Building Administration Manager, overseeing the full lifecycle of residential projects and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Residential Building Administration: Oversee all administrative aspects of residential projects. Contract Administration: Prepare and manage HIA contracts, ensuring a solid understanding of clauses and special conditions. Pre-Site Administration: Forecast build jobs, manage council & developer applications, and liaise with clients on finance. Building Permit Applications: Handle permit applications, resolve checklist issues, and help achieve monthly site starts. Construction Administration: Send claims, respond to client queries, and collaborate with site managers for seamless project progression. Handover Coordination: Manage the handover process, including obtaining Occupancy Permits and preparing handover packs, while guiding clients through their new home journey. Why Join Us?
