Where required, assist the team with inspections, investigations, undertake research and issue standard letters to assist the team in meeting community expectations. Review all incoming building compliance enquiries regarding illegal land use and illegal building works. Review all incoming building compliance enquiries to ensure customers are provided with technical information in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and respectful to all parties when undertaking duties. Interpret legislation and review approvals and stamped plans to determine if there is a non-compliance based on the customer’s enquiry.
