We need a Building Information Officer who can partner with our amazing team and work with our stakeholders to achieve great things. What You Will Be Working On This role is key in supporting the Building Services team with the following: Providing exceptional customer experience via the phone, front desk enquiries, and via written communication regarding Building services matters. Assist with facilitating receiving and processing of Building Services Department related applications and issue determinations of application outcomes. Ensure strong record management and data integrity of applications. Monitor and maintain supplies of various Building Services “Information Sheets”, application forms, and documents. Support the Senior Building Information Officer in matters regarding operations and administration of the department. About You Ability to deliver strong customer service skills. Previous experience in office procedures, clerical, word processing, and data entry. Basic understanding, or willing to learn the Building Act applications, Building Services Certification Services, Residential Design Codes, Council’s Local Laws, and Policies. Ability to apply negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Previous experience in a Building Services environment or customer service role.
