Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated, service-based professional who has the passion and skills required to provide exceptional customer service.About the Role: We are currently looking for a Building Manager. As a Building Manager, you are responsible for overseeing daily operations and will be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, builders, and property managers.You will receive continuous support and assistance from the management team who will provide training and guidance to help with your transition into the role. Key Responsibilities: Financial Accountability: Efficient use of funds, obtaining competitive quotes, and clear communication with stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with trades and service providers, and communicate updates effectively. Technical Skills: Proficiency in building management software (e.g., MYBOS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Compliance: Ensure timely completion of compliance tasks and conduct audits. Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and represent the building confidently. Maintenance: Manage preventative maintenance schedules and minor repairs. Problem-Solving: Resolve complex issues swiftly and remain calm under pressure. Qualifications: Experience in building management or a related field. Commercial experience preferred. Proficiency in relevant software. Understanding of compliance and risk management. About You: You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to follow guidelines and procedures in place. You will be confident to work autonomously and be able to follow up on all tasks in a timely manner. You will be highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment to customer service. You may have customer-facing work experience such as hospitality, retail, real estate, or management.
