Key Responsibilities: Oversee property maintenance, including repairs, safety, and compliance with legislation. Coordinate contractors, services, and improvement projects. Manage lifestyle services, events, and shared amenities. Handle tenant relations, enforce lease obligations, and coordinate maintenance requests. Manage leasing activities, including advertising vacancies and securing tenancies. Supervise on-site personnel and contractors, ensuring effective service delivery. To be considered, you must: Be hands-on and work unsupervised. Have excellent communication skills. The ability to oversee staff. Possess a minimum of 3 years’ caretaking experience. Familiarity with Body Corporate and Community Management Act (QLD). Proficiency in property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IRE). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (owners, tenants, caretakers, body corporate).
