FACILITIES & CAMPUS SERVICES JOONDALUP CAMPUS $134,599 to $151,600 p.a. INCLUSIVE OF 17% SUPERANNUATION (HEW 8) FULL TIME, ONGOING Overview Facilities & Campus Services (FCS) provides a responsive, integrated and customer-orientated service that supports the physical environments for students and staff, aiding their teaching, learning, research and administrative needs. Our purpose is to provide fit-for-purpose and innovative planning and delivery services that contribute to the success of ECU as a vibrant and progressive University. FCS principally comprises Facilities, Projects, Space, and Campus services. The Facilities team are responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and operation of the University's facilities. This includes managing maintenance contracts, conducting condition audits, and providing technical support for various projects to meet the strategic goals and legislative requirements of the University. The Role You will play a pivotal part in supporting the Buildings & Maintenance Manager, by managing and administering our maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical advice for both minor and capital projects. You will assist in the completion of condition audits and the preparation of preventative maintenance plans, contributing to the efficient maintenance of our facilities. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the University’s infrastructure meets strategic goals and legislative requirements. Benefits & Remuneration This full time, ongoing role, attracts remuneration of $134,599 to $151,600 p.a. inclusive of 17% University superannuation contribution.
