We are seeking a talented Building Surveyor with Level 1, Level 2 or Technician qualifications to join our busy Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a 'can do' attitude and a keen eye for detail to further their career. Responsibilities: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on NCC requirements, Australian Standards, and other applicable regulations as part of the design team. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, managing their expectations and responding promptly to their requests. Contribute effectively with architects, designers & project engineers to ensure DTS or performance-based compliance is achieved in consideration of the project programme. Qualifications and Skills: Strong attention-to-detail and organisational skills. Team player approach. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Passion for either residential or commercial work and commitment to client satisfaction. High computer literacy and proficient report writing skills. Qualification/registration as a Level 1 or 2, or Technician with DEMIRS and/or AIBS (preferred). Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with processes, relevant regulations and standards (helpful). Access to internal and external professional development programs.
