Job Description
Clicks IT Recruitment is working with a client that plays a pivotal role in supporting and advocating for vulnerable individuals in the community. The client focuses on driving improvements in public policy and service delivery to ensure better outcomes for at-risk populations. In this role, you will be part of a public-facing business transformation project, helping to simplify and streamline IT solutions for staff and potentially a wide audience across Queensland. Your contributions will focus on enhancing the efficiency and usability of these solutions. The Role : Contract until end of June 2025! 850 - $950 p / d inc super. The Responsibilities : Partner with key stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Engage with clients (business users) to gather and outline key functional needs, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Map processes to identify both functional and non-functional requirements. Translate complex business challenges into actionable technology solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, ensuring cross-team alignment. Evaluate requirements as part of the solution selection process. Assist in quality assurance, providing documentation to support end-users.
