Job Description
BDS Mechanical Repairs has an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join our large, privately owned and operated business. This position is to manage an already established workshop in Miles with a hands-on approach and pro-active demeanour. Managing the operation of the workshop, parts, contracts / clientele and overseeing a team of staff, you will possess strong financial and customer relationship management skills as well as providing leadership and driving a culture of success, profitability, sustainability and teamwork. About us: BDS Mechanical Repairs is a growing business that offers mechanical, auto electrical and welding repairs both in house and onsite with 22 fixed workshop locations throughout Queensland. We have over 160 field service units and the team at BDS cover over 600,000 km2 of Queensland, meaning we’re never too far away. We are a privately owned business that looks after our staff and value a healthy work life balance.
